Please let us know at email@example.com if you wish to return or replace your item(s) and we will take it back within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your order being delivered.
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your return and our customer care team will provide you with the return mailing address.
- Please specify your order number in the email subject line – this can be found on your order con rmation email receipt.
- In the unlikely event your product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no extra charge.
- Please note that prepaid return labels are only available for returns made in the US.
- Damages related to shipping must be reported immediately. Please send an email containing pictures of the damages at email@example.com.

Private and Group Class Policies
Please note all class payments are none refundable.
To reschedule a private class reserved date, request must be submitted within 10 business days of the scheduled class date.
14 business days will apply on all Group courses respectively.
